In 2024, H.A. Dorsten provided design-build services for the construction of an 11,200‑square‑foot Chief pre‑engineered metal building measuring 80’‑0″ wide by 140’‑0″ long, equipped with two loading docks and used for warehousing. The scope of work included site work, concrete foundations and slab‑on‑grade, a 12″ CMU fire wall, overhead doors, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, and exterior concrete work for the two loading docks. The project was located in Versailles, Ohio.
