H.A. Dorsten, Inc. provided design-build general contracting services for the expansions to Brookside Laboratories in New Bremen, Ohio. We were excited to be selected to serve for Brookside Labs, a business that has thrived on great service and great partnerships over the years. Brookside’s business growth has created a need for more office and laboratory space. This project combines more than 37,000 square feet of building expansion, composed of two major building additions and site modifications.
Freytag and Associates Architects provided our design-build team with the vision for a modern yet timeless exterior for Brookside’s new office building expansion. The office building addition is a two-story conventional steel structure with steel stud curtain walls, concrete floor slabs on grade, and on deck for the 2nd floor. Combining new and exciting building materials on the exterior walls should result in an exciting new headquarters for Brookside Labs.
