Description
The Crown Opera House is a unique office building that H.A. Dorsten completed for Crown Equipment Corporation after the original New Bremen Ohio Opera House was damaged by fire.
This project proposed constructing a new three-story 36,600 square-foot addition and renovating the neighboring 8,400 square-foot building. The construction consisted of site preparation, utility work, concrete foundations, conventional steel structure that H.A. Dorsten set with our crane, slab on grade, masonry block wall, brick and stone veneer, flat roof system, aluminum storefront and curtainwall systems, metal stud framing, and much, much more.
This project was recognized with an Excellence in Construction award by the Ohio Valley Associated Builders and Contractors.
