This new Office Building for Sponseller Group Inc, is a 6,537 square-foot office space located in Sidney, Ohio.
Construction consisted of:
Structural components (concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, millwork).
Insulation and exterior finishes (roofing, siding, panels, gutters).
Doors, windows, and hardware.
Interior finishes (flooring, ceilings, walls, painting, casework).
Fixtures and signage.
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and communications systems.
Site improvements (earthwork, paving, landscaping, utilities).
This project was recognized with an Excellence in Construction award by the Ohio Valley Associated Builders and Contractors.
