In 2023, H.A. Dorsten provided design-build services to construct the Riverside LSD – Central Office & Health Clinic was comprised of a 5,272 Square-foot addition and 500 Square feet of renovations school facility in De Graff, Ohio.
Construction consisted of selective demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, and metal trusses. Roofing work features standing seam metal, membrane systems, gutters, and downspouts, along with thermal and spray foam insulation.
Interior and exterior installations include doors, frames, aluminum storefronts, glazing, wall assemblies, flooring, ceilings, carpeting, painting, and protective finishes. Additional features include signage, canopies, casework, and counter-tops.
Key systems integrated are fire protection, HVAC, electrical, communications, and security systems. Site improvements include earthwork, paving, fencing, landscaping, and utilities.
