H.A. Dorsten worked with PH7 Architects to construct two new stand-alone, single-story assisted living facilities totaling 18,082 square feet.
The construction of this new facility entailed site preparation, utility work, wood-framed construction, slab on grade, masonry and concrete foundations, brick and adhered stone veneer masonry, cementitious siding, asphalt shingle roofing, interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
