In 2022 H.A. Dorsten, Inc served as general contractor and metal building specialist for the 2022/2023 Unverferth Manufacturing’s Delphos, Ohio Powdercoat Painting Systems Addition. H.A. Dorsten was trusted with the design and construction of the building shell and room build-out including all concrete foundations and floor slabs, the Chief pre-engineered metal building addition, roof curb systems, guard-rails, masonry restroom with mezzanine, crane beams, floor drains, and loading dock construction. Unique challenges were the multitude of rooftop mounted equipment, air systems, and exhaust fans. We were also able to coordinate the site design and construction through a special scenario being in close proximity to a creek and an active railroad nearby.
