Vancrest of St. Marys is a 71,206 square foot skilled nursing and wellness center located in St. Marys, Ohio.
Construction consisted of wood framing, steel frame, wood trusses, concrete slab-on-grade, siding and stone exterior wall surfaces, vinyl windows, aluminum window systems, and exterior doors. Exterior work included all site improvements.
Interior work consisted of wood studs and gypsum board partitions, interior doors and windows, lay-in and gypsum board ceilings, finishes, and all associated mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical.
