Back on January 31, 2020, we submitted our bid to perform general contracting services on a new medical office building for Lima Memorial. We were subsequently awarded the project in February, and began moving dirt that same month.
Weather has not been on our side as we work to bring this new 12,548 square facility up out of the ground, and into the dry. We have lost nearly two full weeks of working days due to rain, and were thrust into a global pandemic shutting down our economy. Through all this, our team has managed to keep this project on schedule for completion. Kudos to our H.A. Dorsten team!
In our history, we have never teamed with either K4 Architecture + Design, nor Lima Memorial Health Systems. We have to say, we are thrilled to be a part of this trio, and are thrilled we were given the opportunity to turn this vision into a reality!
